2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities 岗位职责 Job Responsibility 1, Be involved in advanced development for Lesson learn shared for better design. 在项目初期参与产品的早期开发，确保以往的经验得以反馈分享，从而使产品设计更加优化。 2, Understanding the risk from advanced design stage and make necessary back up plan for industrialization. 明确由于项目早期设计阶段遗留问题而在产品工业化过程中可能导致的风险，并预先制定好必要的应急方案。 3, Take leader for industrialization to realize product from drawing to physical parts (from P0 to P4 SOP +3. 从项目阶段0 到SOP+3 由项目导入团队主导产品由图纸转化为实物。 a) Leading team for in-house production process and line (Tooling) design to meet initial phase sample parts and mass production requirements. 引领并激励团队确保模具及工装开发符合早期样件职责交付校样以及量产的要求。 b) In-house process document preparation and optimization for samples from line and mass production parts， make sure internal resource to fulfill samples delivery. 确保工厂自制样件及量产产品所有的文档齐备,负责协调内部资源保证样件准时交付。 c) Coordinate with purchasing as leader and SQE for components PPAP activities. Coordinate with SQE as leader for components quality improvement 与SQE相配合，支持和协调以采购为主导的采购件的PPAP认可工作。并且配合SQE完成采购件的质量改进。
