职责描述： Mission of the role 1. Fully understand social listening mechanism and its value to business 2. Fully leverage social listening to monitor market & brands momentum, flag up fluctuations and explain reason behind to business stakeholders. 3. Fully leverage social listening to address business questions together with other data sources. 4. Explore possibilities to connect social listening with other data sources to inspire new business scenarios
Business Context and Key Challenges 1. S&I, as a part of GC marketing team, is composed of three main sectors, i.e. “performance”, “behavior”, & “data” teams 2. The scope of “behavior” team covers a. Agile insights: brand adhocs of ELN 6 brands, including Aptamil, Nutrilon, C&G, Karicare, HBO, and 1 confidential brand. b. Exploration of new business opportunities: including TN, HA, PW, KM, Food, digital solution etc. c. Data empowerment: leverage data, esp. 1st/2nd/3rd party data to 1) reflect market/brands momentum, 2) optimize consumer experience
3. Key stakeholders include GC marketing, CDJ, HN and R&I, etc.
Main Accountabilities & KPI’s The candidate will be able to 1. Independently handle social listening related projects/analysis or discussions 2. Leverage social listening and 1st/2nd/3rd party data to inspire new business scenarios
The candidate need to 1. Demonstrate solid capability to handle social listening related topics/projects 2. Demonstrate strong business sense and sophisticated communication skills 3. Demonstrate passion for data and curiosity to explore
1. Familiar with social listening algorithms 2. Familiar with social listening analysis 3. Have working experience/successful cases of data analytics 4. Have working experience to lead project independently 5. Strong communication capability with local/global team/3rd party partners, both in mandarin and EN.
