Job Responsibilities: •Fulfill all LQOS deliverables from PS to FDJ and document per format. •Maintain and update plant paint shops layouts. •Maintain and update paint shop capacity base line data. •Maintain and update paint facilities and equipment cost data. •Maintain and update Multi Products flexibility enablers’ matrix for all paint shops. •Lead capacity driven study: Responsible for obtaining all assumptions, inputting into STS and leading study response actives. •Support product driven studies: Responsible for identifying all paint facilities changes and cost to accommodate all products, process, labor, capacity and quality assumptions. •Lead efforts with virtual manufacturing to attain laser scan data for paint shops and use the data in product pass through analysis. •Coordinate with program management group and establish a robust facility high level implementation time line for all studies to allow for the new product build schedule. •Lead efforts in attaining long lead funding & coordinate preliminary engineering& simulation. •Coordinate closely on scope, layout, timing, project approval and cost with project facility coordinators on all projects. •Initiate release of approved materials for production use at assembly plants.
Qualifications: - Demonstrate clear presentation and communication skills. - Able to be flexible with their engineering knowledge, work on a variety of components and systems. - Able to plan and manage complex projects and delivery. - Confident to raise issues, ideas and innovations to improve our business and our processes - High level of integrity in issue resolution, documentation and communication. - CATIA experience is preferable. - CAD skill is must. - At least 5-8 years related working experiences with Bachelor Degree.
