工作职责: • Understand the high-level configuration of HR Systems & the impacts to the upstream & downstream systems of all the SJF IT systems to ensure that HRIS changes are properly managed and governed, including designing and implementing the HRIS governance process. • Understand and champion the company IT template/standards and design of HRIS Supported Systems. • Bring detailed HRIS business requirements to support prioritization of projects, following the SJF IT Standard Governance processes. • Serve as the HR Demand Collector and Project Leader for HRIS system implementations and changes. • Coordinate or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of HRIS Supported System changes to record test scripts and results. • Serve as first point of contact to support HR system functionality. • Establish tickets/ incident management process for HRIS Supported Systems. • Serve as the HR representative in the IT governance/change control board. • Responsible for promoting the data quality of HR Master Data in a timely fashion, working with the HRBP’s and generalists to make corrections when needed. • Design and support master data standards that were used for reporting and analytics. • Design all company published HRIS analytics and support users of dashboards and HRIS reports. • Ensure HRIS system process ownership. Duties include ensuring the HR Operations/COE processes are documented and updated. regularly. Providing leadership on HRIS system implementations and HRIS guidance on HR service outsourcing initiatives. Understand the critical aspects of the process and ensure appropriate IT controls are in place.
任职资格: • Minimum 10 years of HR experience with 5 years at the management level. • Must be able to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, in English. • Understand and ability to learn HR business processes. • Must have good Project Management knowledge and skills. • Able to translate business requirements into HRIS designs and reports requirements. • Able to generate data analytics and insights requirements to support the business. • Able to learn quickly & be highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing requirements. • Able to communicate and influence HR BP Managers on HRIS initiatives. • Is highly logical and able to solve complex problems. • Able to learn and understand the integrations between HRIS Supported Systems and other SJF and non-SJF systems.
