Summary: You will directly supervise group of Sales Representative to ensure sales productivity and business conduct in accordance with Henlius value in the area.
Responsibilities: • Lead sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals • Utilize in-/external resources to ensure business goal delivery • Prepare, implement and review Business Plan • Monitor territorial costs and budgets • Work closely with Medical and Marketing team to deliver Henlius value • Proactively participate in regional cross-functional activities and collaboration, support marketing activities (symposiums, exhibitions, etc) • Build reliable and trustworthy image of Henlius among stakeholders • Cooperate with Management Team and Enabling function to develop and enhance competitive incentive scheme to drive sales performance • Coach individuals to acquire new skills and advance to higher career level • Comply with all local law and regulations
Requirements: • Education: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or related majors or equivalent, higher degree is preferred. • Experience: Rich experience in pharmaceutical sales, to do with oncology is preferred. • Competences: 1). Proven experience in team management/ business management; 2). Good communication skills • Others: Ethics on integrity, with no previous compliance issues
