工作职责: E-commerce & Social commerce **Market understanding and competitive Analysis - To pay attention to competitors new update and trends - To collect and analyze competitive deliverables (product, pricing, sets, promotion, performance, etc.) - To track competitors big events and learn more from them ** Operational correlation Daily management - To furnish sales information regularly, analyze the sales reports, adjust the working plan and dig new opportunities according to the market to reach sales target effectively. - Real-time monitor and analyze online stores KPI such as traffic, AUS and conversion etc. - To well Prepare for product launch, inventory management to make sure store operation smoothly. - Be skilled at Ali guideline and build up friendly cooperation relationship. - To optimize paid traffic ROI to increase PV, click through rate and conversion. - To control sampling program allocated to induce fans/followers to deeper interaction. - To make tracks for customers purchase flow for further understanding and process optimization. - Define & evaluate the new opportunities on e-commerce & social commerce platform - Work closely with brand team to allocate /maximize the use of resources and to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo and respect guidelines and brand image. Own site content update - To work with communication team to update own site content. - To train TP employee to manage background system to maintain content accuracy. onsumer assets management - To co-work with TP and ISV to execute consumer operation plan as category captain. - To assist with CRM team to leverage platform resources to optimize membership operation. Customer service - To make assessment plan for customer service routine work - To implement customer service standards and guideline in order to increase retention rate - To deal with customers complain to improve consumer satisfaction index - To gather customer feedback periodically to dig out customer demand and anticipate more potential needs. 任职要求: • Self-motivated, result oriented, quick learner, sense of responsibility • Strong entrepreneurship to develop the business • Keep close to the market and industry development • At least 3 year experience in ecommerce • Good level of industry understanding as well as know Diageo products, competitors, customers and trade dynamics • FMCG & Luxury industry experience is a plus
