职责描述： - Continuously acquire and determine projects: RFQ, A- project. - Must coordinate communication between BizLink operations internal team with customer for any sales/delivery/quality issue. - Clear communication and follow up of sample, ramp up plan, SOP procedure at project level. - Must follow the rule pricing, copper model and adjust procedure. - Make sure the delivery price apply with the price which management agreed, approved and quoted . - Clear communication of MOQ, lead time with internal and external partners. - be able to find out solution/action of profit analysis based on customer/order level. - be able to clearly explain situation of each RFQ, project, A-project, customer both in oral and writing way. - must be able to track the trend of Turnover of the team/customer, be able to facilitate and adjust the sales forecast in professional way (based on the format of management required). - ensure or compensate business levels as budgeted. - Make and update sales budgets as management need and follow the rule and procedure of budget of the company. - Define, follow up and realize measures for turnover and EBIT enhancement, and reporting on time. - Must be able to handle the contract issue from customer, be able to find solution for the items of the contract which internal and external partner. - Must act as escalation level for customer related issues. - Must accept and handle any task and instruction which management assigned. - Must communicate cross team within sales team, not only at TXM but also TCZ. - Carry out management decision and instruction, respect hierarchy and organization. - Finish in time all reporting requested by management. - To develop in depth knowledge of the assigned account’s product portfolio and to follow up on new product developments. - To explore opportunities to develop new business with existing client and to strive for the acquisition of new clients within that scope. - To develop new customers, achieve the new business’s grow-up. - To report sales activity and to keep the CRM database up-to-date. - To be responsible for order and offer handling and for the complete administrative follow up of all commercial actions. - To understand the strategic impact of future developments within the assigned customer base, be it related to technical innovations, logistical requirements or regional/international business development plans.
任职要求： 1.Education background:Master (e.g. Economics, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration,…) or Bachelor combined with relevant experience. 2.Work experience: -Min. 5-8 years of sales experience in an international commodity environment. -Experience selling high volume products with technological specifications and/or with selling to electrical appliances industry is an asset. 3.Competencies required, certificates, training: -Strong commercial insight preferably combined with a background in electronics/mechanics or chemistry -Understanding of financial KPIs (e.g. working capital) is recommended. -Strong interest in design, innovation and new product development. -Excellent negotiation skills. 4.Management skills (leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.) : -Strong organizational skills: ability to set priorities and capable of multitasking while finding the right balance between administrative follow up and account management. -Basic leadership skill required. -Multicultural : able to deal with interfaces of diverse cultural backgrounds. -Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. -Hands-on. -Positive attitude. -Diplomatic and able to function within a larger corporate with clear guidelines and procedures. -Solution oriented and able to solve issues from A-Z independently. 5.Social skills & personality (attitude, emotion, etc.) : -Assertive team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Analytical and clever -Sense of synthesis -Stress resistant -Result oriented -Extraverted -Energetic -Convincing 6.Language & computer: -Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset. -ICT-literate, able to work in Excel and use CRM tool (salesForce). 7.Working equipment/Soft ware/tool requirements:Windows, Office, SAP, CRM.
