General description: As a part of Stora Enso Asia IT, Local Application Service provides the IT solution and service to Stora Enso Beihai mill and Forestry operations. We are now looking for a Senior Service Specialist to works in mill system MES relevant projects and operation support. Acting as project manager to deploy the required MES functionalities in Stora Enso Beihai mill and secure a smooth start-up of the system. After project phase is responsible for system maintenance, user support and works with the user community to identify and resolve issue and implement development needs.
Incident management: -Acting as team leader to lead 24/7 IT support team to secure smooth IT operations at Stora Enso Beihai mill over the calendar time -Troubleshoot for root cause and resolves system issue via phone, email and in-person channels -Co-operate with system supplier in problem solving and performance follow-up -Ensures all incidents are resolved against SLAs, reports trends and deviations
Integration support -Co-operate with Infrastructure staff and automation team to secure smooth and reliable system landscape for fulfilling business objective and processes. -Ensure system connectivity of all relevant servers and integrated applications
Change request management -Work with stakeholders and user community to identify system development needs -Design and deploy new functionality and enhancements to existing application in cooperation with system supplier -Facilitated user acceptance test -Manage development release and communication with relevant stakeholders and user community -Ensure compliance of Application Change related to internal audit requirements and decided IT processes.
Project management -Lead small projects or project steps and maintain related project documentation according to Stora Enso IT project methodology
Other tasks -Other possible project/operation or administrative tasks upon request

1.Required in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of related applications and related business process (paper industry) with at least 5 years of relevant experience within related functions 2.Good experience and knowledge of real-time database and automation system communication (e.g. Honeywell PHD, OPC server) 3.Strong problem solving and analytical skills, good experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation (3-5 years) 4.IT project management experience 5.Good knowledge and skills of Oracle and SQL Server 6.Basic knowledge of IT processes (e.g. ITIL) 7.Experience and knowledge on Digital, smart Operation and AI is preferable 8.Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skill 9.Customer oriented and ability to partner with different stakeholders 10.Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin 11.Self-motivated and proactive 12.Able to work in a collaborative environment 13.Quickly learning ability, can work independently and under pressure
