· Take over and Sales management, Responsible for achieving the annual sell-out target and key business index: sales, profit, growth. · Responsible for annual contract signed, JCI policy communication and implementation. · Steer process performance to provide DSR with a sales methods to help them to optimize route planning and win more sales. · Joint-visit IWS with DSR and on job coaching to improve selling skill and CVP delivery. · Weekly/monthly business review, Manage individual VPZ business development plan and implementation, evaluate and review VPZ business performance base on BBMS. · Implementation and adaptation of content of VPZ concept in alignment with SOP process .make sure the BBMS be used normally. Improve the data accuracy of the input and output from BBMS.
Regional VPZ stores management
· Through business review and sales coaching to improving VPZ customer active rate, sales concentration ,service level and product mix · Key account management, such as national accounts, local franchising accounts
* Coach VPZ stores for O2O fulfillment, core collection process implementation · Implement the Concept of VPZ and ensure the operation standards implementation in regional VPZ shops. · Finding and Transfer the business opportunities align with VPZ launch team for new VPZ recruiting
VPZ store continues improvement · Formulate shop business development plan and marketing plan for the regional VPZ network, screen and assess potential VPZ candidates. · Management Shop staff sales behaviors on daily work. Provide the relevant training (product knowledge, sales skill and business management) to VPZ shop staff and VPZ clients for constantly improving the sales capacity. · Training and improve the efficiency of BBMS to get more accurate data. Through data analysis to find opportunities to improve VPZ operation efficiency. · Fully utilize and manage market and competitive information (outlets census data, automobile and battery adapter information, consumer behavior research information, rival market coverage and permeate etc), and constantly optimize market segmentation and target to improve sales efficiency. · Help VPZ to manage the team, build up VPZ training, development and salary incentive system. · Implement company's market and brand promotion plan, optimize resource input and output.
· College degree or above · At least 4-5 years sales working experience · Must have channel sales experience · Data analysis ability · Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills · Logic thinking and problem solving ability · Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Auto parts industry and FMCG industry working experience is preferred
