The Translation and Localization Operations lead plays an important role ensuring that HP support content is available for our customers worldwide in their local language. Being part of the HP CS Support Training and Content organization he/she will manage translation and localization operations and workflow. The individual will ensure operation performance and will work with project managers and/or partners.
•Proactively Manage Translation and Localization operation activities including releasing translation requests, focus on timely completion, on accuracy and tracking cost on daily basis.
•Proactively Monitor operation daily/weekly/monthly performance, request queue and handle incoming requests according to defined processes. Ensure requestors get timely feedback. Handle urgent requests with priority and deliver to due date.
•Manage translation workflow troubleshooting and following up activities.
•Troubleshoot any process or system issues and closely work with all system IT to fix issue in time.
•Proactively provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure expectations/risks are clearly communicated.
•Analyze the related operational raw data and support root cause identification or improvement activities.
•Support special projects and implement changes as needed with flexibility.
•Actively engage/cooperate with stakeholders, act as backup for other colleagues and actively contribute to the team performance.

•Bachelor degree or above.
•Excellent English and Japanese knowledge (verbal and written). Better knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiar with Access and PPT.

•Ability to work under tight deadlines, and multi-tasking.
