工作职责: Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate and divisional policies, guidelines and standards that support compliant and efficient trade compliance systems. • Setup and implementation site operations in aligning local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to global and divisional policies. • Implement import/export operation with realistic implementation timelines. Support training to involved employees in site. • Support the implementation of GTC Global Standards, collaborating with the GTC Center of Excellence (COE) and Global Trade Management (GTM), when necessary. • Act as the Liaison between MSD Corporate Global Trade Compliance and the Animal Health business. • Assist in Interpreting regulatory trade requirements into consistent and effective trade processes, systems and tools. • Support detailed trade compliance audits of site global export and import operations. • Support the preparation of comments and advice to local government authorities on import related legislation, regulations, rulings or policies. • Support Global and local Logistics and others in continuously improving MSD and MSD's trade compliance risk level. • Understand, interpret, and communicate local import laws or regulations to ensure a smooth trade compliance process 任职资格: Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor degree required. • Brokers License or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 2 to 3 years functional expertise with international trade or equivalent. • Experience in Global Trade Compliance or Global Logistics. Working knowledge of import, export, and country specific trade regulations. • Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently. Ability to clearly explain complex technical regulations, and to assist in the development of policies and standards. • Strong project management experience and ability to drive CAPA and continuous improvement. • Prior experience interfacing with Global Logistics/Compliance companies • Experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word). • Experience or ability to work with global trade management systems like ACE, SAP, GTAS, etc • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
