Key Job Responsibility： - Understand business needs and build long term positive relationship with business functions to provide appropriate talent solution and determine effective talent sourcing strategy - Manage the hiring process according to company standardized process and provide training/consultation to hiring leaders when applicable - Build up talent pipeline and collect market intelligence when needed - Manage and operate the full cycle recruiting process for China office hiring - Strive for excellence to achieve recruitment KPI and maintain regular recruitment reports - Manage full cycle intern hiring for China office - Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Intern to support intern hiring, recruitment operations (including but not limited to job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements, administration support etc.) - Lead and support recruitment channel/vendor expansion/optimization and effectiveness evaluation - Lead and arrange job fairs when needed - Lead and support contract management, negotiation, renewal, approval, filing and make sure accurate payment operation etc. - Support other talent acquisition projects including but not limited to: employer branding, internal referral program, recruitment system project, early talent program etc.
Qualifications and skills: • At least 5 years’ recruiting experience in multinational companies, experience in talent search firm is a plus • Experience working with cross-functional teams comprising of multiple geographical locations • Experience with using applicant tracking systems is a plus • Good interpersonal, analytical, consultative skills and strong business acumen • Detail-focused, extremely organized, and customer service oriented • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong execution ability • Ability to work under pressure; can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines • Good command of English and MS Office • Self-motivated and passionate
