工作职责： As a Product Forensics Data Analyst, your role is being championed as a (primarily) defensive mechanism by which much of retail products & services remediation work will be reduced or ideally stopped. You will have an intense passion and curiosity for customers’ benefits, deliver of pro-active analysis (i.e. alerting, rule testing, early-warning indicators) of incorrect charges or fees among huge amount of transactional data. You will also be responsible for the smooth transition of forensics outcomes into operations and/or remediation teams. 任职要求： To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following Data-driven investigation of systemic issues that have been raised by customer(s), frontline, product managers or remediation teams. Rapidly understand the specific business process or system function from which the given issue originated, along with the breadth & depth of impact. Rules engine development, accuracy testing and other early warning mechanisms implemented in big-data platform. Targeted data-driven testing of a process or system function. Drive early identification of an issue before impacting our customers, and/or remediation teams. Heuristic analysis, time-boxed exploration of high-risk or high-opportunity business processes. Ask right question to SME/stakeholders based on data analysis outcomes. Transition-to-remediation, hand-over of the issues identified by proactive forensics to relevant remediation teams. This role is primarily focused on delivery & outcome execution, so in addition to deep data analysis capability it will need strong collaboration & consulting skills You will also have the following specialised skills -Tertiary qualified with extensive (3+ years) experience in large volume, system specific data analysis), & & strong experience (3+ years) in Analytics, Data Warehouses & Business Intelligence (Visualisation e.g. QlikSense, Tableau). -Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation. -Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner -Strong project delivery collaboration & leaderskip skills. Ability to work independently as well as with a globally dispersed team -Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Strong proficiency in data models, database design and interaction/interrogation (including, mainframe) & databases (Teradata, Oracle, DB2, Hadoop, SAS, Sqoop, Pyspark). Strong SQL, Phython and R.
