职责描述： • Fully in charge of recruitment, • Control department headcount and deliver headcount report out • Manage labor agent, ensure the well management of contract people in labor agent • Lead recruitment function’s work including conducting performance appraisal for all team members • Handle the management of organization structure • JD update • Monitor the daily operation of Training function • Analyze annual training needs and appropriately identify the training needs for company • Ensure training system in compliance with DBS requirement • Seek and develop training resources and network while controlling budget not exceeding target • Assist to develop and update training matrix and skill matrix • Set up training evaluation and effectiveness track up system • Develop internal trainer to maximum use internal resources • Act as DMS coordinator to monitor and ensure all elements are in well implementation o Suggestion system o Recognition system o Communication system o Organize all kind of activities to colorize all employees life o Organize CSR activities 任职要求： 1.Education Background Bachelor degree or above graduated. 2.Skills and knowledge a. Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player; b. Good command of English both in written and spoken c. Aggressive d. Integrity e. Excel in Microsoft office; f. Sound interpersonal skill; g. Good presentation skill. h. Familiar with labor law. 3.Working Experience a. Bound of experienced in working in multinational manufacturing company staffs with at least one year in supervisor role; b. Experience in managing labor contract; c. Experience in labor dispute is preferred.
