Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute the business development strategy to achieve the revenue goal, develop new accounts and manage the existing customer relationship. 2. Conduct and coordinate opportunity assessment, financial justification, due diligence, transaction design, contract negotiation, and completion of the deals, including but not limited to strategic partnership, out-licensing, co-development. 3. Coordinate the collaboration with other teams throughout the whole process of business development, from the beginning of client visit to the end of contract signing. 4. Identify all the stakeholders from clients’ side, consequently build and maintain a close relationship with the stakeholders.
Qualifications: 1. MS degree in life sciences discipline, PhD degree would be a plus. 2. Excellent language skill in both Chinese and English. 3. 2-3 years of experience in commercial functions, previous working experience working in CRO/CDMO is preferred. 4. Strong sales skills sets including but not limited to analytical, financial, communication, and negotiation. 5. Ability of work in a fast paced and challenging environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
