职责描述： 1. Analyze business and market, and use data to develop recommendations on key concepts, items and promotional strategies. 2. Manage online shopping channels, make annual，monthly commercial calendar. 3. Select & prepare merchandise items for multiple platforms. 4. Plan and execute online shopping festivals and online events. 5. Coordinate projects and oversee daily operations to improve both financial results and consumer experience. 6. Analyze weekly/monthly sales results in order to react quickly to customer and business trends. 7. Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and Retail team. 8. Partner with other ecommerce platforms on project basis, identify new channels for growth 9. Coordinate and manage TP 10. Responsible for analyzing competitor activities.
任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 5 years working experience related to E-commerce, apparel or fashion industry. 3. Highly innovative, productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills 4. Excellent planning, negotiation and communication skill 5. Fluent English in both verbal and written communications 6. Work with motivation, energy and team work spirit
