- 职责描述： • Develop manufacturing processes NPI, documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, cost of quality (COQ), and EHS actions • Take the responsibility for technical preparation for the key component including edit the fabrication proposal, tool task requirement; routing sheet; MPP; methods editing , take lead qualify the WPS and PQR if new product need new WPS and PQR • Work with cell member to do technical support during cell operation including technical issue resolution; dispose the NCR for the shop • Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issue, develop effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production • Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance • Focus on the project in ITO stage, identify the manufacture risk and the deviation from the customer requirement. Estimate the welding material weight • Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements 任职要求： • BS of welding and working with the large size product fabrication and welding for more than 5 years, working in power generation equipment business is high valued. • In depth knowledge of fabrication and welding technology; familiar with the ASME or relative standard • Fluent in English and mandarin (verbal & written) , can communicate with foreign expert through the telephone. Desired Characteristics : • Strong analytical and problem solving skill; result- oriented; innovative; adaptable; self -motivated; have teamwork spirit, have good communication skill. • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skill.
