- 职责描述： 负责调试工装和设备，尤其是铁管区模具调试。 熟悉图纸，机械专业，诚实可靠，能配合加班 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责： 1.Solve the process related problems of serial production programs 2.Support process engineer to Develops manufacturing methods, equipment, tools, and processes for programs. 3.Maintain and update related WI, PFMEA, Flowchart for serial production programs. 4.Support to creating, updating and maintaining all manufacturing and process engineering documents required for launches. 5.Creates the manufacturing bill of materials, process flow diagrams, process failure mode effective analysis (PFMEA), and tooling authorization to proceed (***). 6.Applies Lean principles to new product launches including minimizing WIP, ergonomic work stations, visual management and 5S. Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement and cost reduction in the execution of the job function. 7.Applies statistical methods to solve problems and improve manufacturing processes. 8.Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as TS 16949 and ISO 14001. 9. Complies and shares best practice and lessons learned initiatives. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 学历/经验要求： 1.College degree in mechanical design or relevant major. 2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or process engineering in the production environment. Well-known automotive OEM supplier background preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES 技能要求： 1.Basic oral English. 2.High skills in MS-Office. 3.Good command of ISO/TS16949 system, good command of APQP/FMEA/SPC/CP – Must. 4.Team work spirit, self-driven, result/customer oriented, careful observation. 5.Willing and patient to do something complicated in a logical way. 6.Logically trouble shooting, analysis and reporting skills. 7.Good control of progress, mind of timing.
