Duties and Responsibilities： 1.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders; 2.Provide daily support to users to protect on-going business; 3.Understand in depth of the business processes supported by the system; 4.Monitor system performance; 5.Ensure application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete; 6.Ensure that applications and related services are documented and kept current; 7.Ensure continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. Track progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached; 8. Identifying faults and issues and recommending appropriate paths to resolution, and fixing as appropriate; 9.Support the development teams and the 24/7 group in deploying applications and solving problems. Responsible for system version upgrade activity.
Requirements： 1.University degree in Information Technology or comparable education; 2..Hands on SQL experiences; 3.Strong analysis and trouble shooting skills ; 4.Team work with solid English and communication skills ; 5. Well organized with passion and sense of responsibility; 6.Proven programming experience is a big plus; 7. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
