职位介绍: Responsibility At KPMG we want everything we do to be inspiring. Your job will be to help us serving our clients, stakeholders, functional team members and consolidating and elevating our brand by producing and adapting creative work. You will work with national team members on a range of different focus areas, designing and producing graphic content across many different content types including: - Creative concept design for marketing campaigns such as key visual design, poster design, packaging design, giveaway design etc. - Digital marketing collateral such as creative design for social media, animated graphics, animated slides, presentation, infographics - Print materials such as thought leadership, brochures, proposal, advertisement and brand identity collateral etc. - Provide tutorial and guidance to internal departments - Handle special projects as assigned Experience required to perform the role - Fresh graduates in Graphic Design or related is good, but 1-2 years design experience is a plus Professional qualifications preferred - Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions is required Technical skills & know-how - Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, Dreamweaver and After effect is a plus) - Illustration - Basic knowledge of office software programs such as Word and PowerPoint - Understanding of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media - Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools - Understanding of website design and front end web page editing, basic knowledge of website construction software like Dreamweaver - Demonstrable understanding and experience of working across languages and cultures - Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese Critical competencies - Quality focus and Professionalism To be able to deliver high quality services - Time Management To be able to manage own time - Be able to work under pressure Personal attributes - Strong on creative, presentation layout, visual design and printing production artwork - Able to work independently and under pressure - Self-driven spirit - Excellent organization and communication skills - Organised & high self-discipline - Good team player - Efficient, multi-tasking, hard-working, responsible and relia
