Increase hospital project numbers and revenue from new customers across target hospitals and disease areas. 带领团队增加迈达普与医院合作项目数量提高利润 3. Design and implement a successful sales operating model including sales systems, processes and ways of working 建立适合中国医院的商业运转模式 4. Hire and train a team to assist in implementing your sales strategy 组建迈达普中国医院销售团队
任职要求： 1.The successful candidate will likely have 10+ years’ experience selling technology products to hospitals in China of which~ 5 years’ experience is leading teams 10 年以上中国医院销售科技产品经验, 5 年以上带团队经验, 2. Strong commercial acumen, naturally energized by holding and delivering a revenue/profit target 具有较强的商业敏感度和高执行力, 对市场, 行业的变化敏感, 反应迅速; 实 现公司利润/项目目标 3. Experience recruiting a significant number of sales hires in a short space of time preferred 拥有招聘/培训相关销售人员经验 4. Familiar with China’s healthcare system and have strong network in both public and private hospitals 熟知中国医疗健康卫生系统和环境， 拥有强有力的公立和民营医院关系网
