- Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Business Key and Power Users in their daily work, especially after Go-Live of new units Second Level Support for Integrated ERP Solution (Incident and Service management) Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in SAP Design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and optimizing business processes and interfaces Collaboration with our business Power Users on establishing an effective support structure for SAP Close cooperation with Global Functional Leads and India Delivery Center Professional, proactive communication with business users and colleagues Qualifications: Education - Bachelor Working years - 3-5 years Professional skill - At least 5 years working experience with SAP FICO, good experience in FICO Customizing and Integration - Experience in supporting an integrated ERP solution - Proficient in English written and spoken - Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude - Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness) - Long Term Commitment to METTLER TOLEDO - Strong project management and process control experience 微信分享
