Assist eCommerce Manager to develop and implement portfolio and key account strategies.
Clear KPI set up/ sales target / promotions plan for Key Accounts (JD,VIP,PDD, XHS, 3rd wechat mini program etc.) to be in line with company strategy. Regular reports monitoring, regular analysis (including conversion rate, GMV, PV, UV etc), improvement action plans and execution.
1、Achieve annual sales target and other KPI
2、Online channel development
3、Manage the routine daily ecommerce operations (ordering & replenishment, analytical supports report design and maintenance, month-end closing, business planning)
4、 Define end-to-end ecommerce operation model and detailed working process, including merchandizing, logistics fulfillment, consumer care, etc.
5、Deliver ongoing business SOP (Standard Operation Process), analyze and improve operation quality continuously
6、Interface with finance/logistic team to better understand internal processes to give external customers efficient service (invoice/return/compensation)
7、 Ensure the new brand / product can be launched in the online channel on time. Follow up the status day by day.
8、Proper execution of all the promotions (e.g. from layout design to the back-end setting of the promotion mechanism).
9、Handle issue escalation and crisis management on ecommerce platform.
1. Education Level & Professional Qualification:
- University graduate in business related disciplines
- Native Mandarin speaker, fluency in written and spoken English - Strong time and project management skills (with the ability to handle multiple priorities) - Master in related software

- Overall 4 years working experience
- 2 years direct related experience
3. Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Good business development and negotiation skills
- Familiar with eKA platforms
- Self-driven with strong team spirit. An diplomatic, persuading and independent
