ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
• Plan and conduct marketing campaign plan localization, such as seminars ,and association events at regional level • Build up regional KE pool, keep and develop KEs, such as regional association leaders, top hospitals and experts in various of academic fields • Customize product knowledge training and evaluation for regional sales team and distributors • Support sales team on key customers funnel movement and competition win • Partnership with central marketing team and well communication with cross function associates to achieve the target, including sales, service, central marketing, HR, finance, and CAS associates • Manage the regional local marketing project and ensure all projects to be on the track, carry out regional local marketing projects and update and innovate them • Update and analysis regional marketing information, including competitors, market trend, consumer demand, to help draw up regional marketing plan
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above with Lab Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biochemistry and Chemistry etc., Medical background is preferred
LANGUAGE: Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
COMPUTER: Have a good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years work experience, of which 3 years on marketing or business development experience. And demonstrated commercial acumen to help with market/product/customer strategy as well as selling skills. Project management experience is preferred.
