职责描述： • Lead and maintain a high performing Site Supply Chain team. • Responsible to optimise supply chain in terms of Service, Processes and Cost to meet required customer service levels, to keep related activities compliance with GMP and Novartis requirement. • Monitor and deliver site supply chain performance based on KPI and other information. • Accountable for the appropriate expenditure of funds needed to meet the needs of the business, making fiduciary decisions based on MAL and impacting the PCE cost related to production for the site • Ensures compliance with GMP/HSE regulations, Novartis policies, procedures and standards as appropriate for the role. Champions a Quality Culture and ensures a safe working environment. • Effectively lead and develop the site SCM department staff, develop development plan for staff. • Maintain stocks of product and material at a reasonable level according to forecasted needs of market and production as well as the agreement with the Site Head and BPA regarding the safety stocks level so as to optimize the inventory. • Proactive interface with NBS-Procument to source and purchase materials at a cost effective way, so as to create savings and synergies where possible, manage the materials supply stable to meeting production demand. • Handling the delivery of finished product to 3rd party logistics warehouse and/or dis-tributors on time to contribute to the growing business . • Business Continuity Plan Team Coordinator (BCPTC), Business Continuity Plan Team Director deputy, Business Continuity Plan Team Coordinator for Supply Chain department. • As Information Manager, gather and record key information needed to manage the NEM case and ensure this information is available to the NEM team in a clear and concise form • As appropriate, responsible for implementation of, compliance to and governance of practices specifically prescribed to this role by the Novartis Manufacturing Manual. • As line management, responsible for all HSE and BC aspects of his activities. Ensure HSEgoals are set and achieved by implementing good HSE practices/culture. • As appropriate, responsible for implementation of, compliance to, and governance of practices and principles specifically prescribed to this role by S&OP. • As a member of Quality Council and Complaint Handling Council, participate in handling quality and complaint related issue.
任职要求： • Bachelor degree Supply Chain Management, Management, Administrative Sciences • Master’s Degree preferred • Professional certification preferred • Must have good oral and written communication skills. • Fluent Mandarin compulsory, fluent English in written and speaking • 10+ years’ experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes. • A minimum of 5 years of previous people leadership/management experience required, with experience as Supply Chain Head in a Manufacturing Site will be preferred. • High degree of competence of functional expertise on SAP/MRP program and all elements of supply chain processes • Excellent knowledge of business processes including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management. • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels • Must be a team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a complex matrix and to influence without authority. • Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
