职责描述： Account for social communication to incubate PepsiCo imported products Account for annual E-events both self-initiative and partner with Key platform focusing on activity planning, online execution and compliance, CRM capability building. Develop, coordinate and implement activities with E commerce KA team/e-customers to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives Actively involve key decision makers at e-customers in shopper program’s development and get their endorsement for smooth online activity execution Actively share the result and learning of each shopper marketing program to strengthen partnership with e-customers Effectively develop and deploy “Best Practice” tools and manual to ensure the execution and compliance Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers’ comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.
