职位介绍: 职责描述： 1） Lead Powertrain team for one project to achieve project target.(engineer target, cost target) 领导一个项目的动力总成团队完成项目目标（工程师目标，成本目标）； 2）Manage the Powertrain team for one project. 管理一个项目的动力总成团队； 3）Technical guide to ML(Module Leader) and VE(Validation Engineer)of Powertrain sub-system for example Air intake system, exhaust system, side shaft, clutch system etc. 动力总成子系统，例如进气系统、排气系统、侧轴、离合器系统等的ML(模块领导)和VE(验证工程师)技术指南； 4）Maintaining communication about the functions of the overall vehicle between the customer, Magna Steyr. 在顾客Magna Steyr之间保持关于整车功能的通信； 5）Integrating the work packages necessary for the Project 整合项目所需的工作包； 6）High voltage system (high voltage distribution, MCU, on-board charging system, etc.) integrated system scheme design, device selection, high and low voltage interface position of integrated controller, compilation of high voltage electrical system design calculation book for vehicle, etc. 高压系统（高压配电、MCU、车载充电系统等）集成化系统方案设计、器件选型、义集成控制器高、低压接口位置；编制整车高压电气系统设计计算书等； 7）High-voltage system (high-voltage distribution, MCU, on-board charging system, etc.) integrated system structure design, shell structure design, device modular design, cooling and cooling system design; complete the design of 3D, 2D drawings, etc. 高压系统（高压配电、MCU、车载充电系统等）集成化系统结构设计，壳体结构设计、器件模块化设计、冷却散热系统设计；完成3D、2D图纸设计等； 8）Definition and release of integrated system interface for high voltage system (high voltage distribution, MCU, on-board charging system, etc.) 高压系统（高压配电、MCU、车载充电系统等）集成化系统接口定义和发布； 9）Design of high-voltage wire harness, formulation of layout scheme, compilation of technical requirements, vehicle digital and analog layout, design of Engineering drawings, design of wire harness fixing bracket, wire groove, design verification and test of high-voltage wire harness, etc. 高压线束设计工作、布置方案的制定，技术要求的编写、整车数模布置、工程图纸设计，线束固定支架、导线槽设计，高压线束的设计验证及测试等； 10）High voltage system (high voltage distribution, MCU, on-board charging system, etc.) integrated controller trial production test, complete prototype trial production and assembly; formulate parts verification plan; coordinate test post colleagues to organize and implement verification test; complete prototype on-board, assist in solving vehicle debugging failure 高压系统（高压配电、MCU、车载充电系统等）集成控制器试制试验、样机试制、组装，制定零部件验证计划；协调试验岗同事组织实施验证试验；完成样机整车搭载，协助解决整车调试故障； 11）High-voltage safety control and product development quality control, implementation of high-voltage system safety measures in line with relevant standards. According to the relevant safety standards of the state, industry and enterprises, the vehicle high voltage electrical safety is implemented in detail; APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA are used to strictly control the product development progress and quality. Compile the design calculation of high voltage electrical system for the whole vehicle. Complete the selection of high-voltage connectors for high-voltage electrical components. Complete the selection of high voltage relay. Selection of High Voltage Fuse 高压安全管控及产品开发质量管控, 实施符合相关标准的高压系统安全措施。根据国家、行业和企业相关安全标准，在整车高压电安全上具体实施；应用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA五大管理工具严格管控产品开发进度及质量。编制整车高压电气系统设计计算书。完成高压电气部件的高压连接器选型。完成高压继电器的选型。完成高压熔断器的选型； 12）Establishment and improvement of high-pressure safety design and operation specifications, formulation and improvement of high-pressure safety design and operation specifications 编制及完善高压安全设计和操作规范, 编制及完善高压安全设计和操作规范。任职要求： 1）Above bachelor degree and major in mech. vehicle or related engineering courses. 本科以上学历，机械类专业。车辆或相关工程课程； 2）More than 8 years direct working expierence on Powertrain system. 8年以上动力系统的直接工作经验； 3）management, environment, geometric integration and customer functions 管理、环境、几何整合和客户功能； 4）knowledge of English including negotiating skills, preferably accompanied by basic knowledge of the Chinese language and/or behavioural modes 具备英语知识，包括谈判技巧，最好同时具备汉语和/或行为模式的基本知识； 5）intercultural understanding enabling the persons to answer many questions about overall-vehicle topics, which are put by the customer, in daily business 跨文化理解，使得人们能够回答许多关于日常商务中客户提出的总体车辆主题的问题； 6）preferably experience in at least one integration team 最好有至少一个集成团队的经验。
