职责描述： -Prepare project time plans and assign related tasks to project team member. -Follow up project plan and highlight delays or deviations. Regularly update project status to management. -Communicate with customer to get technical, delivery and other requirements.Communicate lead times, schedules and plans with customers. -Communicate customer requirements with internal team and suppliers if applicable. -Support engineering team to provide design feedback and proposals to customers. -Prepare necessary internal and external project documentation (quality, producability etc). -In a proactive manner resolve project related technical and non technical issue with the support of the team. -Prepare and update cost analysis for the project. Continously look for and propose design and manufacturing cost reductions. -Support manufacturing, and other depeartments with problem solving during the project life in case of need. -In other ways support the company business development and relationships. 任职要求： -Applicable College or University degree. Proficient in English, knowledge of English language beneficial. -At least 2 years work experience with some time in project management. Experience in adapter field or electronic field beneficial. - Product Creation Procedure, project management. -Able to work with diverse team members in China and overseas. -Able to multitask in a structured way. 。 -High sense of responsibility and flexible to change project and business requirements.
