职责描述： Responsible for all project development quality related topics within the Project Life Cycle (PLC) from quote approved until production launch completed. The role is leading and/or performing all quality related activities and work products as defined. Prevent failures and continuously improve our products / systems / processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
QMP: 1. Project Management a) During the Feasibility Review, the QMP is responsible for analyzing all Customer Quality requirements, and inputs results into the quote process and through-out the PLC process b) Develop and maintain Project Quality Plan to assure flawless launches c) Actively pursuing that the required methods in a project are implemented and applied correctly in time and with good quality d) Ensure that Special Characteristics are linked between documents such as D-FMEA, P-FMEA, Control Plans, Flowcharts, Specifications, Drawings, etc. e) Review/approve qualification plan with team (design validation, process validation) in order to ensure product reliability and compliance with internal and external requirements
2. Customer quality management a) Drive problem solving during design development, testing, customer complaints, and issue 8D report during project R&D phase. b) Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities and submit report to customer for approval c) Prepare and participate in customer audits and visits. d) Support issue finding or root cause analysis for the return parts from field.
3. KPI reporting and escalation a) Lessons Learned & Quality process Driving b) Escalate to PM or management team about the project risks. c) Monthly project quality status reporting.
任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering. 2. More than 5 years' experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components) 3. Familiar with IATF16949, ASPICE (internal auditor or leader auditor preferred) 4. Familiar with Automotive Core Tools - APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP 5. Good communication and problem solving skill, team work sprit and logical & structure thinking 6. Good organization, planning and execution capability 7. Excellent English in oral and writing 8. Willing to work under pressure and open-minded
