职责描述： Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage recruitment cycle from headcount planning, screening & selection, interviewing, assessment, reference checking, offer proposal, health checkup and onboarding, etc. to ensure line managers and HR vendor stick to the standard process aligned; • Provide constructive solutions and follow-up actions to HR vendors based on in-depth understanding of business and geographic labor supply/demand analysis
HR Operations • Ensure all HR documentations are well managed including the labor contract sign-off & renewal, relevenat HR forms & agreements for on-boarding, transfer, relocation, exit, etc. • Educate line managers on people management including attendance, leave management, performance management, disciplinary actions, etc. • Present monthly HR report and data analysis
Capability Build • Organize regular training programs at farms including onboarding training, selection and recruitment skills, leadership fundamentals, license to lead, employment laws & local applicable regulations, etc. • Support manager and HRBP on Graduate Management Trainee programs and internship program including their job rotation management, holding regular catchup meeting, etc. • Provide onsite support of annual campus recruitment, interns recruitment and assessment.
Project Support • Support managers to implement annual HR projects like objective setting, mid-year review, annual performance review, talent review, etc. • Support annual employee survey • Organize regular HR communications to collect employee’s feedback • Support managers to optimize and streamline HR process and enhance productivity
Employee Relations • Provide advice to managers in relation to employment laws and local regulations • Build relationship with local labor bureau & seek support from local labor department for mediation • Guide and support employees if necessary the relevant procedures of occuplational disease identification, work-related injury application, working capability evaluation for those suffered from work injuries, etc. • Guide line managers to handle contract non-renewal, termination cases
任职要求： 5 years above experience with general HR work, familiar with all HR activities. Skilled in recruiting, more than 3 years focus on recruiting. English can read and write, skilled in spoken English is preferred.
