职位描述:

职责描述:
1、 负责灯具系统从目标设定到设计认可的所有重点设计开发工作;
2、 指导工程师完成灯具系统的设计与设计验证等设计开发工作;
3、 负责灯具系统的技术方案数据等评审、重大技术问题攻关;
4、 负责灯具系统的设计指南、技术标准、流程等体系文件的制定与修正;
5、 负责灯具系统的专业技术资料的搜集、分析、归纳与整理,知识文件库的搭建;
6、 负责定期对工程师进行灯具系统开发相关的专业培训,高效执行和完成上级领导临时安排的工作任务;
7、 负责灯具系统新技术的先导项目的预研。
任职要求:
1、8年以上工作经验优先;
2、本科或同等以上学历;
3、材料成型、模具、汽车、机械等相关专业优先;
4、英语四级或同等以上能力优先,可以阅读和书写日常工作用英语资料;
5、熟练应用办公室软件优先;
6、工程师或同等以上资格优先;
7、熟练使用CATIA;
8、熟练运用PDM系统数据管理;
9、熟悉灯具系统相关法规、标准、工艺、材料、验证、布置要求、灯具产品常见结构及配合形式、灯具系统对手件相关结构方案等知识的应用;负责过至少两个完整产品开发项目;至少负责一个以上乘用车项目的灯具产品开发;
10、具备较好的沟通交流能力和团队合作精神。

   广汽研究院实施跨平台模块化架构的汽车正向开发战略,对广汽自主品牌产品进行总体规划与开发,已成功开发了被誉为广州自主创新“一号工程”的传祺中高级轿车GA5、中高级SUV传祺GS5/GS5-Super(速博)、全新A/A0级车型平台及中级轿车传祺GA3/GA3S(视界)、全新中高级轿车GA6等一系列量产车型,全车系获得了C-NCAP五星级安全性评价。自主研发的G和GS两大系列发动机产品覆盖0.7~2.0L排量,应用于广汽的传祺、吉奥等多个车系,并摘得2011年度中国汽车行业科技进步奖、动力中国2013年度发动机奖等多项大奖。

   在新能源和智能汽车领域,广汽研究院自主开发的增程式纯电传祺轿车、插电式/混合动力传祺轿车、车联网Telematics系统、自动驾驶智能新能源汽车WITSTAR等也已问世并正在推广应用。

   广汽研究院的研发成果在业内得到广泛认可。例如,其汽车正向开发技术荣获2014年度“中国汽车工业科学技术一等奖”;在2013、2014年J.D.Power中国新车质量报告中,传祺品牌的新车质量连续两年远优于行业均值,不仅领衔中国品牌,还超越了大众、福特、通用、日产等知名合资品牌;此外,传祺GS5还击败了包括宝马3、通用君越、福特新蒙迪欧等在内的诸多竞争对手,荣获首届中国汽车产业年度贡献奖的唯一轩辕大奖。

The Automotive Engineering Institute of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC ENGINEERING) was established in July 2006, directly funded and managed by GAC (Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd.). It is both a strategic business unit and an independently operated branch of GAC. As the pivot of GAC's R&D system and the technical management division for GAC's headquarters, GAC ENGINEERING is responsible for GAC's strategic planning, new products and development implementation of new technology and new products R&D of GAC.

GAC ENGINEERING has established a solid R&D bases, with a number of centers including the headquarters located in Guangzhou Panyu district with a total investment of 3.8 billion RMB; Guangzhou Wushan-Branch, Hangzhou-Branch, and the expanding overseas branches.

Based on years of innovative development in automotive technology research and application, GAC ENGINEERING has developed a set of interdisciplinary processes and systems for advanced research and development, a well balanced organizational structure and a specialized and talented R&D team. GAC ENGINEERING has established world-class research facilities and capabilities, including advanced laboratories of crash safety, E&E, power assembly, road simulations, body and closures, NVH, EMC, new alternative energy technology, vehicle emissions and vehicle performance. Nowadays, GAC ENGINEERING has the capabilities of a full range of simulation-analysis, first-class full vehicle and component testing, vehicle fatigue durability, and high altitude tests , as well as new vehicle and key components development and manufacturing capabilities.

GAC ENGINEERING as the core of GAC's R&D systems has been awarded the State-Accredited Enterprise Technology Center. It is ranked at the Top 2% of excellence nationwide in the SAETC appraisement of 883 national level enterprise technology centers in various industries in 2013, indicating that its overall capability and performance also tops among R&D institutions of Chinese auto industry.

GAC ENGINEERING has implemented vehicle engineering development strategy of cross platform modular architecture for its own-brand products. It has successfully developed a series of vehicles, such as, mid-near luxury sedan Trumpchi GA5 known as the "No.1 project of Guangzhou independent innovation", mid-near luxury SUV TrumpchiGS5/GS5-Super, brand new A/A0 class vehicle platforms and compact Sedan  Trumpchi GA3/GA3S and brand new generation midsize sports sedan GA6. The whole car line has scored the 5-star in C-NCAP Crash Assessment; two series of independently developed engine products G and GS, cover 0.7 ~ 2.0 L displacement and applied in many car lines such as GAC Trumpchi and GONOW. These two engines have won the 2011’ Technological Progress Award of China Auto Industry and Dynamic China 2013 Engine of the Year.

For new alternative energy and smart cars, GAC ENGINEERING has independently developed electric Trumpchi vehicles; plug in electric / hybrid Trumpchi vehicles, vehicular networking Telematics system, autonomy intelligent vehicle, WITSTAR, powered by rang-extended power-train system.

The R&D achievement of GAC ENGINEERING has been widely recognized in the industry. For example, its engineering development technology has won the first prize of 2014 China Science and Technology in Automobile Industry. The 2013, 2014  J.D.Power China new car quality reports show that the new car quality of Trumpchi is far better than the industry average, two years in row, not only leading the Chinese brands, even surpassed the VW, Ford, GM, Nissan and other well-known brands. Furthermore, Trumpchi won the only Xuanyuan Award of the 1st China automobile industry contribution award by beating many competitors including the BMW 3, GM LaCrosse and Ford new Mondeo , etc.

GAC Engineer as the core of the GAC’s R&D, will continue to develop new ideas, world-class new technology and products, and promote the sustainable development of GAC group in the future.
