- 职责描述： • Secure prerequisites for legal requirements. • Develop and secure contacts with authorities, relevant internal and external networks to ensure best practice and long term planning. • Define and maintain strategies, policies and objectives in line with VCC China Operations Business Plan and ambition. • Work with HS team closely to prevent occupational Health issues. • Aiming to reduce injury rate, improve health awareness and presence of employee. • Handle with emergency medical and health cases. • Provide health and occupational health related trainings, meeting training needs of employee. • Manage company dispensary/clinic and first-aid kits. • Budget, plan and control health related costs. • Planning, follow-up and reporting on VCDQ Health actions. • Contact and report to authorities. 任职要求： • Excellent knowledge in occupational health legislation requirements. • Good leadership behavior and cooperation skills. • Practical experience in hospital, clinic or other medical institutions. • Whichever departments of Internal, surgical or general are acceptable. • Occupation health management or emergency medical treatment experience are preferred. • Work in an organized and precise manner. • Product and process knowledge. • Strong English skills required. • University degree or equal.
