职位描述:

Responsibilities:

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities
• Lead and support safety initiatives and processes to drive towards zero recordable injuries
• Incorporate the safety stand and safe improvements into all people-related initiatives as CI objectives
• Live the safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities
• Participates in regular safety meetings
• Ensure rigorous compliance to standard safety procedures and OC corporate policies

2. Coordinate for TPM Goal Achievement
• Worked with Plant Leader/ TPM committee to develop plant TPM strategy aligned with company requirement
• Lead goal sharing with plant each pillar and people
• Champion of the application of appropriate TPM methodology, processes and systems to achieve plant and business objectives
• Champion of the plant TPM master plan deployment and deliver alignment with plant, region, and global
• Mentor plant all pillar leaders and employees in implementing TPM program that drives loss elimination
• Train and support each pillar on TPM tools, process, systems, and culture
• Ensure the plant has robust plan and program for each pillar and work with the regional/global TPM team to improve where required
• Maintain and improve knowledge of TPM tools, process, and systems to drive plant TPM proceeding on global basis

3. Coaching CI Activities
• Lead plant CI activities maintain alignment with global process standards
• Leading the implementation of CI tools in the day to day management of the facility
• Identifying opportunities for improved productivity and developing team oriented solution paths to deliver

4. Directing Operations
• Champion and drive plant productivity efforts and initiatives to achieve targets.
• Participate in plant team NLT meetings and discussions to drive CI/TPM thinking in business decisions.
• Assist with specific and focused projects in the plant where required


Job Requirements

Experience:
• Bachelor degree in industry manufacturing area/chemical/mechanical
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading continuous improvements projects preferably in process industry
• Plus 5 years of experience in process industry in operation

Knowledge and Skills:
• Fluent English both of speaking and writing
• Good experience of working in team based environment
• Good communication skill
• Knowing the technology and processing control requirement for fiber glass manufacture will be advantage
