- 职责描述: Overall Job Description : This lawyer will report and be under supervision of the China legal team leader (D) or senior legal counsel (B III level), will be co-located with other existing legal counsels and all major clients in Guangzhou GO office. The Role and responsibility shall include but not limited to: Provide legal support and guidance to business teams for all compliance matters in China, such as FCPA-related issues and practice, including review and formulating policies and guidelines, as well as day-to-day scrutiny; Support China sales and other business/supporting teams with commercial law/regulation related guidance and help, including but not limited to business transaction review, debt collection, commercial negotiation, key contract initiation/review, business/enterprise project legal supports; Handling fair competition/advertising law/regulation including but not limited to Antitrust related legal affairs; Provide labor law/regulation relate support to HR team, including but not limited to handling labor arbitration and/or litigation; Providing legal training to none-legal teams upon their specific needs/enquiries; Providing legal support to e-commerce in this emerging business area. 任职要求: At least Master Degree in law from well-known China law schools; shall have at least 5 years experiences (internship shall not be included) in MNC or international law firm, or premium domestic law firm; Fluent in English (read, write and oral) with Mandarin as mother-tongue; PRC qualified lawyer certificate or at least a certificate of the China National Judicial Test; Education and/or experience in a Common Law Jurisdiction is preferred; In-depth understanding and wide knowledge to PRC laws in labor (contract), corporation (Joint Venture) contract, competition and advertisement, product quality and consumer protection; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
