职位介绍: 职责描述： 1.Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of the organization by providing leadership and technical expertise for site operations 2.Partner with the site leadership team to establish and maintain robust EHS systems and programs 3.Ensure EHS performance excellence by tangible measurements, program evaluation, digitization, and employee involvement 4.Drive systematic EHS management program improvement and implementation 5.Oversee the delivery of applicable EHS and compliance training and monitor compliance by implementing a robust compliance assurance program 6.Promote EHS awareness among leadership team and employees 7.Build and develop site EHS team by recruiting EHS talents, developing team's expertise, energizing the team and retaining the best talents 8.With reference to Corp. Environmental and Health & Safety programs, coordinate with, and providing direction to site management teams and employees 9.Follow Corporate’s EHS program developments, and coordinate with Global EHS leaders around the world and other EHS leaders in the region 10.Maintain a strong awareness of relevant Chinese and global EHS regulations that impact the operations in SITE 11.Internally communicate changes in regulations and provide recommendations for the development of site program to ensure continued compliance 12.Meet with government agencies 13.Perform various program management and compliance audits 任职要求： 1.Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health , Safety, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or above 2.5+ years’ experience of managing people, projects, and EHS compliance, multi-national company background is preferred。 3.Communicate well in both Chinese and English 4.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and other responsibilities, adjust to changing priorities, and make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information 5.Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a diverse team 6.Have a high energy level and the ability to energize others 7.Proven project and program management skills , results and process oriented 8.Strong willingness to professionally develop 9.Positive attitude and strong self-resilience.
