- 职责描述： 1. 依据公司新品上市计划，在海外引入并落实新产品导入方案，确保新品在海外的成功上线； 2. 根据海外的情况，负责对总部传达的维修制程方案进行本地化调整，并在海外执行； 3. 通过数据分析、现场管理，对维修工艺进行整体优化，包括良率、效率、成本等数据的分析及改善； 4. 进行作业现场规划，包括动线规划、线体布局设计、物流规划等； 5. 能够结合质量工程分析工具设计适合海外业务的质量评估指标体系，收集和分析品质数据，为品质提升提供有效的数据支持。 1. Responsible for the introduction and implementation of new product launch programs overseas according to DJI’s plan. 2. Responsible for the localization and implementation of the repair processes assigned by HQ. 3. Conduct comprehensive optimizations to repair techniques through data analysis and field management, including data analysis and improvement of yield, efficiency, cost and so on. 4. Conduct repair workshop planning, including action route, workshop layout planning, and logistics planning and so on. 5. Use quality engineering analysis tools to formulate a quality evaluation index system based on overseas businesses. Collect and analyze quality data to provide effective data support for quality improvement. 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械、工程管理、电子等相关专业应届毕业生优先； 2. 能够流利使用当地语言，英语及中文流利者优先； 3. 具备较强沟通能力以及组织协调能力，能有效地协调各部门合作共事 4. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够快速找到流程问题点； 1. Bachelor degree and above. Fresh graduates majored in mechanical engineering, EE are preferred. 2. Fluent in English and local language. Excellent oral and written Mandarin is preferred. 3. Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other internal departments 4. Strong logical thinking ability to quickly identify process problems. 学历要求： 本科及以上，机械、工程管理、电子等相关专业应届毕业生优先； Bachelor degree and above. Fresh graduates majored in mechanical engineering, EE are preferred.
