Requirements: Qualifications: B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent. Experiences: 1-2 years’ related experience.is preferred Skills and abilities: Excellent English verbal and writing skills Strong self-organization skills Effective communication skills Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical employees Ability to write test plan, test case, test report and user manual Ability to develop and improve standard test procedures Ability to track bug Ability to document tasks and write regular reports Not afraid to travel by plane, must have a valid passport and ready to do short missions around the base location Responsibilities: Install IT infrastructure: network, computers, CCTV, servers, rack Troubleshoot, Upgrade and Improve existing infrastructure Test new technologies for possible implementations Source hardware equipment and organize buying lists, as applicable Compare and optimize local service providers Supervise service providers’ work Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS and Apache related issues Audit existing infrastructure security and fill checklists Fixing and maintaining printers, scanners and other IT equipment Handle helpdesk service requests, troubleshoot and resolve the issue, when possible Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT Infrastructure and escalate to supervisor if necessary Responsibilities may change as the business grows and so therefore any candidate will need to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business Other tasks as required
