Job Responsibilities: • Manage supplier daily operation and relationship to obtain the maximum benefit for company. • Be actively involved in new projects development. • Negotiate with suppliers for price and agreement • Analyze spend in assigned spend categories and involve into the annual negotiation. • Identify risks and opportunities and make action plan. • Monitor KPIs and setting necessary corrective actions. • Drive implementation of the saving action plan to achieve the assigned annual cost saving target. • Support quality team and logistic team in issue resolution with suppliers • Communicate effectively and manage relationships with relevant internal customers • Strive for continuous improvement of the sourcing processes • Support and implement category strategies in alignment with regional/global commodity manager/director.
Job Skills Requirements: • 2 to 5 years experiences in purchasing/ category will be an advantage, prefer having industrial or automotive experience. • Technical knowledge in mechanical component is standard, electronic component will be a plus. • Good analytical skills are required. Ability to analyze and interpret spends data and requirements. • Good negotiation skills are required. • Good collaboration and be able to perform well in an environment with high pressure. • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft EXCEL, knowledge of SAP is a plus. • Good English ability in both written & oral way.
Educational Requirements: • Minimum bachelor degree in preferably technical science
