- RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, manage, monitor supply planning for assigned product categories and suppliers within one BU. More complex product categories and suppliers for Senior Officer • Coordinate the actions with engineering, packaging, sourcing, quality, logistics to ensure supply is planned properly to meet demand • Manage the raw material/component /WIP inventory of the suppliers to ensure material availability and control the liability • Report on risks and issues related to the planning and inventory with recommendation for decision-making purposes • Perform capacity analysis and provide recommendation to mitigate capacity risk. Senior will provide guidance as needed • Lead the coordination for supply planning activity for NPD first order • Execute continuous improvement focus for selected supplier • Act as a backup support to other Officers • Work with minimal guidance QULIFICATIONS: • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain/Operations/Business Administration • At least 5 years working experience with relevant industry/function. • Working knowledge of ERP system and Supply Planning (Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage) • Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese • Good team player and communication skill • Basic material and capacity planning
