职责描述: ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 1) Manage the sales development of equipment on the following markets, within the territory of PR China: Automotive industry (HVAC, OEM partners of the automotive industry…) Sealing : mainly automotive market (assembly shop, Paint shop, body shop…) 2) Be able to understand technical product/project environment quickly. 3) Develop the sales volume through direct sales to end-users and/or through agents. 4) Coordinating a sales action plan and sharing information with the other sales forces which are in place in PRC, in Japan and with Headquarter located in France. 5) Regular review with the Sales and marketing Headquarters (France) about risk and opportunities, bookings forecasts, market size evaluation, customer feedbacks… 6) Direct, develop and recommend new business opportunities and technical advantage for the division. 7) Make a regular reporting on the activity. 8) For the Industry Market, with the support of the different department, do the Sales Manager job. 9) Manage and develop the Department team along with the business growth At start, the team is composed of one existing skilled Sales Manager for Sealing and the Bookings level is already on the range of 10-15 M Rmb for 2018. Existing technical capacity for Sealing, though belonging to another department. The main mission of the business developer will be to boost the Sealing bookings and to create a significant business in the industry (reference equipment for this Industry market exist and have already been sold in Europe and in China, but no recurrent business in China yet). The hiring of a Sales Manager for the Industry will be planned with the CEO. 任职要求: Must 1) Experience in sales development activity. 2) Experience to develop sales in new business and with new customers. 3) Excellent communication in English. 4) Experience in contract negotiation (risks, general terms and conditions…). 5) 5 to 10 years experience in Sales / proven action of sales development –market share development Preferred 1) Solid Experience in Industry (HVAC markets) or OEM (Automotive)
