岗位职责: Sales development and execution Maintain and build existing commercial relationships to create sales opportunities for motor drive system technology. Identify and develop new business oppportunities, liaising with NZ Business Development Manager and Product Development team to scope technical requirements. Preparation and presentation effective sales proposals to exisitng and prospective customers. This will require significant liaison with NZ team for technical assistance and promotion strategies.Identify, evaluate and present opportunities for development of new project, feeding information to NZ team to investigate feasibility. Keeps abreast of Motor’s latest projects and their current status. Is also aware of Motor’s current technology offerings, can promote the benefits. Assist in the development of annual sales targets and budgets Attends trade shows and conventions where these is likely to be a benefit to Motor Assists with the accurate translation of sales proposals Assists in project communications and timely translations Participates in contract negotiation with PD team Assist with matters of customers contract obligations and enforcement during projects Customer Relationships Effectively build and maintain constructive local customer relationships . Implement best practice sales, maximising value to Motor. Plan and organise sales strategy to ensure the best return for the time invested Evaluate the competitive landscape and provide analysis of competitor activity. Provide regular feedback (written and oral) on progress against targets, customer needs, and competitor activity and future opportunities. 任职要求: 5+ years previous sales experience in a motor drive system technical Demonstrable understanding of business and financial operations Previous cross cultural experience – particularly Asia / New Zealand is highly desirable Understand home appliance motor production company in China market Relevant home appliance Manufacturing environment experience Previous experience in a complex multinational environment Experience with project based tenders and administration Competency with Microsoft Office applications engineering drawing & technical understanding Chinese / English bilingual ability would be an advantage Technical Understands engineering principles, systems and processes Ability to translate customer needs into sales opportunity Demonstrated commercial and organisational acumen Financial understanding and analytical skills English / Chinese translation ability – contextual and accurate Familiarity with CAD and engineering drawings Safe and ethical working practices
