职责描述： • Develop SMPS control/firmware software development including requirement analysis, embedded control software design, SMPS control loop analysis, lab and in vehicle test, documentation, etc. • Develop DSP algorithm and make sure performance meet spec; • Follow Automotive-SPICE software process reference models, responsible for DSP software architecture, algorithm, simulation and verification; 任职要求： • Bachelor Degree in Automotive / Electronics / Power Electronics / Software Engineering, Master degree is preferred. • At least 3+ years’ experience in Automotive / Power Conversion industry. • Proficient in real time programming with C, embedded C and scripting languages. • Knowledge of MCU / DSP architecture, especially TI TMS320F28x platform is a must. • Power supply control loop simulation and analysis is a must. • Experience in handling of measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Protocol Analyser, Vector CANalyzer, Vector Canoe, etc.) is a must. • Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/Embedded Coder-Development, will be a plus. • Knowledge in control software for analogue and digital circuits, will be a plus. • Product Experience in EV/HEV On-Board Charger and DC/DC, will be a plus. • Knowledge of EV/HEV Power Conversion and Storage technology and market. • Quick learning and self-motivated. • Excellent team player in an international team. • Fluency in spoken and written English, good communication skill. Ability to travel frequently and abroad travel will be requested.
