Responsibilities: 1. Active monitor Spain new fund and operation data changes, maintain Spain market investment data and support for Latin-American data process. 2. Work with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of data and projects implementation. 3. Manage relationships between Morningstar and funds, insurance companies and data vendors. 4. Handle client expectation and queries from external parties. 5. Review and implement quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy of our database and products. 6. Ability to create, modify, document and execute project plans. 7. Work closely with the Product Support team to track and monitor data issues. 8. Analyze and identify data opportunities through issues and queries. 9. Communicate with XOI, development team and other teams about data problems.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with fluent spoken English and Spanish. 2. Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Access etc.). 3. Knowledge of investment funds and products. 4. Proactive problem-solving skills and excellent executive ability. 5. Fast learning and flexibility to adapt new things and work with multiple tasks. 6. Self-motivation in an independent, fast-paced work environment. 7. Client servicing mindset experiences will be preferable.
