职责描述： Focal point of contact for LHT Customer Service for all new AST/repair station Focal point of contact within the network between all repair stations worldwide. Focal point of contact for Network EOC regarding network utilization/discussion Clarification/evaluation with Engineering regarding requested work scope, Internal and external coordination(with customers) for engine services assignment (On-site repair and shop repair) if applicable collect engineering questions/requirements and coordinate with Material and tooling department(repair station) the material and tooling availability Event preparation prior induction but not limited to: Assigning Engineering to create Job cards. Assigning Material/tooling department to order material/tooling accordingly material/tooling list. Assigning travel arrangements in case of an AST event. Pre-check of new inquiry's if it can be accepted at the repair station in general Responsible for clarification within network, if any support from other repair stations would be necessary to ensure upcoming inductions or ongoing work in case of e.g. tooling support, manpower support) Maintain good work coordination with customer and fulfill relevant customer requirement and expectation. Responsible for the commercial docs and invoice issuance Controlling Ensure quality by supporting reasonable quality and risk management Cost control for individual event General Takes on special projects and all other duties assigned by the Head of EOC.
任职要求：• Bachelor above, master desirable, majored in engineering, preferred in power plant engineering. • Relevant work experience in the Aviation MRO or equivalent experience with strong engine technology. • Thorough knowledge of CAAC/EASA/FAA aviation maintenance legislation • Experience in event management is a plus, engine type training, practical experience desirable • Fluent in English and Chinese; German/other languages desirable • Be familiar with using MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint • Willingness to travel
