职位介绍: 职责描述： 1. Establish quality system documents based on : l FAMI-QS; l Food production license; l FSSC22000; l ISO22000; l ISO9001; l EFfCI; l Halal; l Kosher; l Local food laws and regulations; 2. Maintain the documents : l Draft , modify, distribute, recall and obsolete the quality system documents l Distribute, recall and obsolete the documents for other department; 3. Release and archive the food and cosmetic batches of Amide： l Review the production records; l Review label records; l Review the lab testing records; l Archive B3 related records; 4. Conduct internal audits: l FAMI-QS(once a year); l FSSC22000&ISO22000(once a year); l ISO9001(once a year); l EFfCI(once a year); l Halal(twice a year and send the reports to LPPOM MUI); l Food safety inspection (once a year, local FDA requirement); l Food defense inspection (once a year, local FDA requirement); 5. Conduct internal trainings at least once a year on below items l FAMI-QS; l FSSC22000; l ISO20000; l ISO9001; l EFfCI; l Halal & Kosher; l Food defense; l GMP; l Sanitation for food production; l Allergen; l Quality system documents; l Food related laws and regulations 6. Customer audit prepare and coordinate; 7. Response on customer audit report and trace the CAPAs; 8. Conduct vendor audit for Key materials; 9. Support customer questionnaire; 10. Support pest control services; 11. Support subcontract lab microbial testing for DI water, B3 products ; 12. Support stability study for B3; 13. Conduct customer complaint investigation; 14. Stop observation; 15. Housekeeping inspection 16. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager 任职要求： 1.Chemical bachelor degree or above; experienced in lab analysis or quality management work with over 5 years of working experience; familiar with application of various analytical equipment and instruments. Experienced in chemical plant QA/QC and quality management system; good team management skill; strong judgment and analysis capability to solve problems; high technical/professional knowledge and skills for lab and quality management work; Bilingual communication capability. 具有化工专业学士以上学位；从事化工分析和质量管理5年以上的工作经验；能熟练使用各种分析仪器设备; 精通化工企业QA/QC和质量管理体系。具有良好的团队管理技能；优异的发现和解决问题的能力；在化工分析和质量管理方面具有良好的技术/专业知识和技能；良好的双语口、笔头沟通能力。 2.Equipment Operation 设备操作 Personal computer Lab instruments and equipment 能使用化验室仪器和设备以及个人计算机。 3.Physical Requirements 身体条件 Ability to stand up to work with high accuracy requirement 能承受精确度要求高的工作。
