职责描述： 1. Take initiatives and lead team to achieve sales and margin goals of assigned categories through monitoring trends within the market segments; building productive relationships with key suppliers, developing pricing strategy and action plans to grow sales and margin; 根据所负责产品的细分市场发展趋势，带领团队实现销售和利润目标；与关键供应商建立有效的合作关系以提高定价策略与方案、增长销售利润； 2. Negotiate with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership and achieve buy for less target;Maximise other income generation from the vendor base. 与供应商谈判，以建立长期的战略合作关系，最大化的争取更多利润； 5. Lead team to develop innovative products, develop pricing strategy, and improve product productivity, in order to deliver good value for the customer. 带领团队开发创新性的产品，发展价格策略以及提高产品的生产率； 6. Manage stock level to ensure that product availability, and achieve the KPI of stock turn over KPI of the assigned categories. 管理库存量以确保相应品类的存货周转率； 7. Continuously review the personal care product category mix to ensure that customers needs are fully satisfied at all times. 不断回顾个人护理品类以确保持续满足客户需求； 8. Training, coaching and leading the personal care team to develop appropriate core competencies; Build an effective and open working relationship within the personal care team and other merchandise teams or other departments 培训、指导个人护理品类团队发展核心胜任力，建立有效、开放的工作关系
Qualifications任职要求： 1. University Graduate.8 years Personal Care experience, 4 years at an executive level with excellent pepole management skills 本科毕业，8年个人护理品类经验，4年管理经验，有优秀的团队管理经验 2. Customer focus, energetic and action orientated 客户导向，具有活力及行为导向 3. Operation focus, maintain effective co-operation with operations. 业务导向，并与运营团队维持有效、紧密的合作 5. Strong influencing skills and communication skills. 较强的影响力与沟通能力 6. Proficiency in English and Chinese. 精通英语及国语 7. Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
