- Responsibilities: 1. Provide requirements and work closely with Product Development to launch new products 2. Planning and performing product testing to ensure product meets all customer specifications 3. Develop and execute evaluation plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial requirements 4. Develop product release criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and tolerances 5. Lead key initiatives to improve product performance 6. Interface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues 7. Perform investigations for product design-related quality issues and lead corrective actions as pertinent 8. Assist customers in product usage issues Requirements: 1. Master degree or Bachelor degree with 4+ years experience in Semiconductor company 2. Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry. 3. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 4. Good communication skill and Good written and oral English 5. Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task. 6. Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking 7. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment 8. Have product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred
