岗位职责: Job Description 岗位职责: 1. Establish and maintain department's operating mechanism including routine review meeting, cross-team communication and team activities 2. Manage department head' calendar. Setup and maintain communication mechanism with key internal and external partners. 3. Handle other tasks assigned by department head. 4. Support department head to conduct strategy planning and to prepare key review materials 5. Department's document management including reports, summaries. Professional Requirements 专业资质要求: 1. Bachelor degree and above 2. Good knowledge of micro-soft office software, especially in excel and ppt. 3. Good communication skill and ability of event organizing. 4. 1 year experience of Administration or Assistant. 5. Fluent English in speaking and writing.
