- 职责描述： 1. Organize new kindergarten’s facilities and other settings. 2. Organize new kindergarten’s recruitment job. 3. Organize new kindergarten’s daily management work. 4. Responsible for the whole kindergarten’s operation work, including manage teaching and instruction, administration, security, etc, as well as communicate and coordinate with higher authorities, communities and other units. 5. Responsible for the whole kindergarten’s planning and operation enhance brand image. 6. Responsible for recruit the teachers’ team and implement scientific proved advanced kindergarten management methods. Organize teacher recruitment and training, and continuously improve the quality of teaching. 7. Build rapport with children, parents, and families, create parents policy and open parents’ workshop to instruct parenting skills. Dedicate to promote kindergarten & parents & social education’s consistency. 8. Continually improve teaching skills by seeking out constructive feedback and professional development opportunities. Keep learning political and educational theories, build friendship and connections with other people, remain integrity and professional. 9. Value: unity, creative, initiative, diligent conscientiousness and aggressiveness. 任职要求： 1、Bachelor’s degree or above, education background, hold National Kindergarten Principal Certificate. 2. Ability to organize big school events and activities independently. 3. Strong organization, communication, planning, and time management skills. 4. Be honest and remain integrity and professional. 5. Requires a commitment to loving our children, able to fit in to children’s daily life. 6. Have a strong leadership skill and business running skills.
