职责描述: Leads and conducts all sales related courses and skill behavior auditing to the sales associates in corporate stores. Ensure a high level of training productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures all new sales associates are on-boarded with a high regard to our company’s values and procedures. Improve continuously professionalism of the sales team. Stays abreast of the competitive environment and stays connected with the voice of our customer. Commits to the company’s vision, mission and demonstrates organizations values. 任职要求: 1. Prepare and facilitate sales courses for corporate sales associates: • Ensures classroom facilities are conducive for effective learning; • Prepare all educational materials, job aids, tools and technology; • Deliver the material properly utilizing adult learning theories and methodologies; • Positions themselves as a company advocate and ensures the company values and codes of conduct are demonstrated and modeled throughout the training; • Conducts assessment grading and ensures proper feedback are performed on a daily basis during classroom instruction periods; 2. Conduct sales process coaching and audits to ensure selling process and product knowledge is demonstrated in corporate stores: • Works within the management group to ensure all processes are being executed in each corporate store; • Ensure role playing and auditing is being conducted on Sales Management to ensure the focus and capability of selling process and product knowledge; • Studies selling process at the store to ensure voice of customer is being met; • Randomly conducts exit interviews with customers to gather data on their experience and to collect data on areas of improvement; 3. Develop sales reports for learning, compliance and analysis. 4. Assist in developing educational courses by working with various subject matter experts to continually improve existing material: • Determine educational needs based on customer feedback, market environment by studying reports and conferring with management; • Develop project plans along with timelines for completion; 5. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
